On August 18th, a group of 20 people including executive president and secretary general of the Guangxi Returned Scholars Chamber of Commerce Yang Huixing attended the China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation for the Guangxi Returned Scholars Chamber of Commerce Project Exchange Symposium. The general director of China Overseas- Educated Scholars Development Foundation was present at the symposium.
 
Guangxi Returned Scholars Chamber of Commerce is a mass organization under the leadership of Party Committee United Front Work Department and Civil Affair Department of Guangxi Autonomous Region composed of voluntary overseas-educated scholars from the business world. It aims at rallying the returned scholars in the business world and keeping contact with the unreturned overseas-educated scholars in the business world, making itself the bridge and bond for the scholars at home and abroad to exchange information, serve the society and develop Guangxi.
 

Mr. Ma Wenpu in general told the basic information of the foundation and its achievement in recent years. The institutional affiliation of the foundation, China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation International Transfer Center devotes itself to introduce the advanced technology, intelligence achievements, famous enterprises and other achievements from abroad to China, thus boosting economic development and science and technology innovation in China. The International Transfer Center also expects to conduct more cooperation with the Guangxi Returned Scholars Chamber of Commerce with high and new technology industry project as the entry point.
 
During the meeting, Guangxi Returned Scholars Chamber of Commerce stated its key projects of commercial plan with Huahong Water Group, vertical axis wind and photovoltaic hybrid system and entrepreneurship center for the returnees. The International Transfer Center introduced its projects of anti-aging industry and changeable color the fourth generation intelligent glass. The two parties made deep discussion and exchange on road show project and at last reached an agreement, playing a positive role for all-round cooperation between them.
