China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation Established the Venture Capital Guiding Center
2016年11月25日 13:04 cosdfOn July 19, 2016, the signing ceremony for China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation Venture Capital Center was held in Beijing. The Venture Center with the purpose to serve China's strategy of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" to serve returnees, will provide a platform to support innovation and entrepreneurship of the returnees. General Director Ma Wenpu, Secretary-General Zhuang Liang and Deputy Secretary-General Liu Wei of China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation, and chairman of Youth Venture Capital Fu Yan were present at the signing ceremony.
General Director Ma Wenpu noted that the returned talents were major forces to undertake new business in China, and of the high-tech venture projects. Most of them have international vision, a solid academic background, rich international experience, leading management and industry experience. They have a higher perception of innovative services. The China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation Venture Capital Guiding Center will serve as a bridge and link for the development and utilization of human resources at home and abroad, high-tech projects, advanced management experience and innovative capital raising.
Secretary-General Zhuang Liang said the China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation Venture Capital Guiding Center is a platform to serve overseas talent for innovation and entrepreneurship at the country level. It provides space, money, management, capital docking and other full service for the projects at the stage of germination, development and maturity. It will from project source combing to business counseling, from the resources linking to capital injection support in depth innovation and entrepreneurship for the returnees and generation and development of high-end venture projects, assisting adjustment and upgrading of economic structure of China.
Director of the China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation Venture Capital Guiding Center, chairman of Youth Venture Capital Fu Yan specifically described that the center would offer entrepreneurship and innovation services for overseas talents from five aspects. Firstly, it would make practical strategic planning for the auxiliary projects; secondly it would support deep carding and optimization of the business model; thirdly, it would support localization team building of projects made by returned scholars; fourthly, it would boost resources support and docking to promote the rapid development of the venture projects made by returned scholars; fifthly, it would provide a full range of financing services for innovation and entrepreneurship projects of returned talents.
